Practical Information

Climate: they say that Morocco is “a cold country were the sun is hot” indeed Morocco really enjoys an ideal climate; the summers is hot in the southern cities and the Sahara but relatively fresh in the mountains with the top of 1500m. In winters the variations in temperatures in the same day are sometimes considerable. Each seasons with its advantages with the result that the trips to Morocco remains possible all the year. Lodging: There are 3 structures of lodging according to circuits': • Hotel 2* or 3*, guest houses and Riads • The relays inns of mountain, lodgings of stages, refuges of high mountain or at the inhabitant. • To bivouac in full nature under the starry sky. Required equipment: • Bag of good quality, sleeping bag because the nights are fresh in autumn. • Back Bag - Of good shoe of trek • Pair of tennis or espadrille (possibility of going in water) • An isothermal gourd • A Cagoule or a cape of rain • A hat, pair of glasses, a towel and bathing suit,… • An individual pharmacy

Food: Morocco is a country which has a Gastronomique kitchen, during your stay you will taste the best Marocaines specialities, eigther in your Hotel or during the trek. The meals are prepared in good conditions of hygiene, starting from local and fresh products. It is a cook who prepares your meals, with a varied and balanced food, consisted of vegetables, meats, cereals and fruits. Accompaniment: An optimized framing is assured; according to the circuit you will be accompanied by: • a guide or experienced and graduate guide • a cook • muleteers and their mules of the area selected • camel drivers and their camels • drivers who know the area well. luggages: In all the cases the luggages are transported by animals of packs (mules, camels) or by vehicle during the excursions. Transport: According to the destination and the number of participant, the excusrion is done either by minibus or by a 4x4 (Rover Land). Provided equipement : All the material of Bivouac (the tents mess for meal and evening, tents two-seater, tents of kitchen, the mattresses foams, individual…) Number of Participants: The Minimum number is 4 people.
